A little about us

The Trust was established in 1963 by Bertram White and his wife, Winifred (nee Hewer) to help individuals and businesses in need within the Greater Manchester area.

With a portfolio of both commercial and residential property, we aim to provide homes and commercial units on fair, ethical terms and lower-than-average market rents, along with grants for people in need.
